Week 1 - Exercise 1: Quantify and visualize data

I decided to utilize coins as my object of choice to begin the process. In order to put them all into a single frame, I utilized A1 paper. My original idea was to arrange them in a circle, going from the most to the least quantity. Since some of them had rusted, my other plan was to arrange them according to color. I made the decision to arrange them according to how many coins I had. I had 12 5 sen coins, 48 10 sen coins, 49 20 sen coins, and 15 50 sen coins. I created the shape of an upside-down house by combining the 10 and 5 sen. 



Week 2 - Exercise 2: L.A.T.C.H
Organize a group of information into a visual poster that combined and utilizes the LATCH principles (min. 4)

Size resolution: 1240 × 1750 pixels or 2048 × 2048 pixels

Use a digital photo editing / illustration software available to assemble the pokemons into a LATCH infographic poster. You can re-use back the images of the monsters, but do create the rest of your own visuals to complete the poster.


Anteater

I decided to create a poster on anteaters. I'm not sure why I chose to create an infographic about a creature that only consumes ants, perhaps because they seem funny, stupid, and cute all at once.

I started researching about anteaters and chose to make a detailed infographic about GIANT ANTEATERS out of the 4 anteater species.

I wanted to showcase it's details such as
Weight
length
habitat
food
and other details as much as possible

(Week 1 - Week 14) Hisham Rasheed / 0356691 / Design in Creative Media Design Exploration  Instruction Project Proposal At first, my idea was to make a 3d ad for a table from Ikea, after consultation with the sir  He asked me to change to something with features to display, so I went with Ugreen Headphones. I have been using this model for a while, and I feel it is very underrated for the price and features. I started modeling the headphones and the blender. It was tricky since I was overcoming a lot of new issues. After modeling, I proceeded with detailing and texturing the materials. Rendering sessions were blasting my laptop's fans. I divided my sequence into parts, scenes, and rendered them individually and stitched them in Premiere Pro. At the same time, a few effects and text motions were done on After Effects and made the whole timeline on Premiere. He provided videos on brainstorming and creative thinking to complement his explanation of the design thinking tenets. Twelve possible clients were shown to us, and after giving it some thought, I decided on Taylor's University for our project. The idea was to create an empathy map for an augmented reality app that would help parents and new students get around campus.After the project was chosen, our first assignment was to choose our respective groups, and I ended up in group 8. We explored various concepts for the AR app and mapped out our ideas using Miro, an online collaborative whiteboard tool.
