Through this process, I learned how visual design and technical development come together to create a complete digital product. Before starting any design or coding, I spent time thinking about what kind of website I wanted to create. I used an audio clip explaining burnout, which describes what burnout is, the factors that contribute to it, and the steps that can be taken to manage or reduce it. What the audio clip explains, Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. It often shows up as constant fatigue, loss of motivation, detachment, and reduced creativity. Although commonly linked to work, burnout can happen anywhere stress exists.
